I am a creative professional with broad experience in the Intellectual Property field (Patents) for facilitating client and management communication.
I was born and raised in Hyderabad, a beautiful city known as the heart of Andhra Pradesh.
I am an efficient and accomplished information technology professional, completed my Bachelor’s degree under information technology branch from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU).
I was my college ‘Gold medalist’ for achieving the bachelor’s degree under information technology branch during the year 2006-10. Presently, I possess multiple certifications, proficient in identifying and resolving issues as the final escalation point.
Specifically, my key skills under Intellectual property field include:
1. Drafting patent applications and refine with advice from internal and external IP Advisers.
2. Managing a team of Research Associates and Senior Research Associates.
3. Working proactively with the Research and Engineering teams to identify patentable inventions.
3. Building up an appreciation of present and future technology and perform appropriate prior art searches and assist in reviews thereof.
4. Performing infringement activities.
5. Providing prosecution support and assistance.
6. Managing patent portfolios and commercial aspects.
Further, I have worked on various patent databases such as Micropat, Delphion, Thomson Innovation, EPO & USPTO, and the like to name a few. Also worked on non-patent sources like IEEE, ACM portal, Science Direct, priorat.ip.com, Google Scholar, and the like to name a few.
I am able to formulate procedures and improvements, and possess the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical personnel. In addition to being adept at working with clients to determine needs, I am also highly familiar with coordinating projects and project teams.
